  Tried to order my food here on 2/26 (I'm writing this review not even ten minutes after leaving). Got to the window to pay, only to be told that they don't accept cards due to their service being down. I was surprised! I said nevermind because I had no cash. I also told her she should have said something on the intercom.
  
  The woman at the window looked at me like I was an idiot, said nothing, and closed the window on me.
  
  Nice job. Maybe tell your customers ahead of time next time before they order? And maybe apologize for not telling them beforehand and also for being rude.

  My family went through the drive thru last night for a quick on the road dinner. It was very difficult to order, several corrections on the person working the speaker and a lot of crackling. Next was the pay window which we were asked if we ordered a coffee, which we did not. After dbl checking and making sure with the staff they had everything correct we pulled to the pickup window. We were handed our bags which my wife checked to be okay and then our drink order. None of the drinks were identified so I asked which one was which and the server said she didn't know. I asked how should I know, will we have to taste all of them and she said again she didn't know that she didn't identify them. I really believe the customer service of this particular location has really gone down in recent years. I'm not sure who was managing the store but I'd be very disappointed with my staff if they treated customers like they don't really matter which is how we felt.
